WHAT WE DID :: Built a SaaS Health Care integration
INTEGRATED WEARABLES AND TRACKING DEVICES THE CLINICIANS PRESCRIBE
BUILT GAMES IN VIRTUAL REALITY AND MOBILE APPS ALIGNED WITH COMMON PATIENT DIAGNOSIS
ENRICHED REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING
Integration
Their patients use an array of mobile apps and “IoT” devices from Fitbit watches to InBody scales in between appointments. We connected 18 of the critical devices they prescribed directly into our Sindy mobile app CHECK YO SELF!
——- ABOUT OUR CLIENT
POUNDS TRANSFORMATION is a professionally trained medical staff of dozens of Physicians, Physician’s Assistants, APRNs and Registered Dietitians, treating 16,000+ patients/year in three locations. They incorporated SindyXR into their growing footprint post Covid in order to keep their patients on track even when they could not come in to the offices.
“We use Augmented Reality to help our patients succeed in Physical Reality and Sindy is our partner.”
Michelle Cavo, PA-C, CEO and co-founder, Pounds Transformation
——- GAMIFICATION
The physicians can select three data points to be tracked (one wearable, one trackable and one intangible) and Sindy auto-generates mobile games of 20 questions for the patient to play when as they make their 12+ daily food choices. This establishes a SindySCORE and redeemable JabbRGEMs to incentivize the patient.
Sindy Games are the secret sauce
Sindy Games inject a measurement tool in the patient’s body image journey in and around every food choice they make throughout their day, even when they choose not to eat.
——- The IMPACT
As we emerged from the pandemic patients all found remote patient monitoring challenging yet enticing. Sindy’s integration of the devices along with quantitative measurement of their feelings about thier health care from POUNDS TRANSFORMATION led to a richer remote experience.
Richer Remote Patient Monitoring
Combining their SindySCORE with a gamified GEM structure of leveling up throughout their care gives the specialist data and time in their chart with a fuller picture of the intellectual, emotional and medical assessment.
