WHAT WE DID :: Engaged, inspired and kept their head in the game
HIGHLIGHTED THE MENTAL HEALTH ASPECTS OF THE DIETICIAN’S WORK AND SUPPORTED THEIR OFFERING
ELEVATED THE IMPORTANCE OF SUBJECTIVE MEASUREMENTS AND ADDED FUN TO THE ATTACK ON OBESITY
ESTABLISHED SUPPORT AND VALUE FOR TRIGGERED PATIENTS AFTER THEY WALKED OUT OF THE APPOINTMENT
EQ
Their patients use an array of mobile apps and “IoT” devices from Fitbit watches to InBody scales in between appointments. We connected 18 of the critical devices they prescribed directly into our Sindy mobile app CHECK YO SELF!
——- ABOUT OUR CLIENT
POUNDS TRANSFORMATION is a professionally trained medical staff of dozens of Physicians, Physician’s Assistants, APRNs and Registered Dietitians, treating 16,000+ patients/year in three locations. They incorporated SindyXR into their growing footprint post Covid in order to keep their patients on track even when they could not come in to the offices.
“No matter the personality match between the dietician and the patient, Sindy’s apps left me confident that the patient would be OK after they left.”
Rachel Frasse, Pounds Transformation
——- GAMIFICATION
We built Sindy’s games into Pounds’ mobile and virtual reality apps which then amalgamates the tangible data from the patient’s wearables alongside the intangible data regarding the pateint’s emotional state of well being when they made their 12 daily food choices.
Non-scale victories
Patients have such deep demotivational triggers to weigh-in and scale based victories (and failures) that we must offer particularly when solving for the global >35 year old audience
——- The IMPACT
As we emerged from the pandemic patients all found remote patient monitoring challenging yet enticing. Sindy’s integration of the devices along with quantitative measurement of their feelings about thier health care from POUNDS TRANSFORMATION led to a richer remote experience.
Triggers
Body image is the number one trigger for teens and young adults and significantly more critical in females age 16-22. Weight loss, diabetic and many general practitioners are wholly unqualified to treat the mental ramifications of their personal delivery of diagnosis.
