  • Your SindyQuest should be charged with the included white USB-C and wall plug. Please pass it along in the same manor.

  • We put the (allegedly) comfortable, eye-gusset on already and it can be removed easily, just keep it in the suitcase for the next team.

  • The black plastic piece is an extender for users wearing glasses and can be added in easily between the white main body of the unit and the black eye cushion (https://support.oculus.com/307245736720922/)

  • There is a resting place for your thumb on the controller

  • First thing is telling the hand controllers where the floor is and then setting a safety boundary. Sitting in a rolling chair that rotates 360 degrees is best for work collaboration.

  • The SindyXR Virtual Reality offices have been preloaded under the app grid of the Universal menu

  • We are aware that the head strap leaves much to be desired; be gentle and when you buy headgear for your whole team, make sure we get you the premium strap which is an add on from Oculus. 

  • This particular headgear is a brand new Facebook product targeted to consumers. It’s retail price is $299 and it is required to be linked with a Facebook account so we linked this headset to a fake account called SindyXR
